    - Second Day service FedEx delivery back to you within the continental U.S.

2 or more apostilles in the same state + $70 / per every additional document that is processed at the same time as the first apostille.

     Example 1: If you have 2 marriage certificates and 2 divorce decrees both issued in the same state, your total cost will be $130 + $70 + $70 + $70 = $340
     Example 2: If you have 2 marriage certificates issued in one state and 2 divorce decrees issued in another state, your total cost will be $130 + $70 + $130 + $70 = $400

Additional certification for the same document + $70 / per each document

     Some states request additional authentication from city/county authorities before they can issue an apostille. 
     We will check if there are any additional fees and notify you of any further potential costs before we start processing your documents. 

Embassy legalization from $70 for each document + Embassy fee per each document 

     Some countries require additional certification/legalization obtained from the state authorities. We will provide a total cost estimate for you based on the specific requirements of that country.

Rush processing service + $100 / per state 

     Example 1: If you have one marriage certificate and one divorce decree both issued in the same state, and you need rush processing, your total cost will be $130 + $70 + $100 (rush) = $300
     Example 2: If you have one marriage certificate issued in one state and one divorce decree issued in another state, and you need rush processing, your total cost will be $130 + $100 (rush) + $130 + $100 (rush) = $460. 

Please note that some states (HI, NY, PR, Guam, etc.) have different / higher rates for apostille.

Before you send your original documents to our office, we recommend that you scan/take a photo (front and back) of your documents and email them to us for review. We will check documents to ensure they bear the proper signature(s) and seal(s) required for apostille/authentication processing. We also strongly advise that you should use an experienced notary public to notarize the documents that require apostilles. If your notary public makes a mistake and the documents get rejected after we apply for an apostle, Global Apostille will charge an additional fee for resubmission.
