If you are not a US citizen, an FBI Channeler may not be able to help you, so you need to go directly to the FBI for assistance. If you received your FBI background check results in a digital format (PDF copy) from the FBI Channeler or the FBI, you can email us a copy of it.  If you received a hard copy of your FBI background check results by regular mail, you will need to mail it to our office.  We can process digital PDF copies and hard copies.
