Diploma Apostille

Do you plan to work or study in a foreign country? Do you need to apostille your diploma?

Multichoice Apostille can help you obtain an apostille on your Diploma easily and stress-free. We have been providing apostille service since 2004 and can apostille diplomas signed and notarized in all of 50 US states and Washington DC. If you need to use your diploma in a non-member country of the Hague Apostille Convention, we can help you certify and legalize your diploma through the United States Department of State and the Embassy or Consulate office.

Multichoice Apostille can apostille diplomas from all US educational institutions, including middle schools, high schools, trade schools, colleges, and universities. To receive an apostille on your diploma, please follow the three steps below:

1. Start with contacting your School’s Registrar’s Office and asking them to provide an original or color copy of your diploma signed and notarized.  The Registrar’s office may request that you mail your original diploma to the school or send a color copy by email. Some schools require that you purchase a new diploma from the school. The majority of schools have in-house commissioned public notaries. If your school does not have one on staff, you should arrange for a traveling notary to come to your school and meet with the Registrar. Make sure the notary you have chosen, knows to apply proper notarial laws of his/her State for the State office to authenticate your diploma. Keep in mind that most notaries are not familiar with authenticating diplomas for use abroad, so we recommend trusting the apostille process to professionals like us.

2. When you receive your notarized diploma, check it carefully to ensure that the diploma has been properly signed and notarized.  Confirm that your document has the original signature and the printed name of the Registrar, the notary’s name, notary’s signature, date of notarization, notarial affidavit, and seal. Some schools sign and notarize the back of the diploma while others have enough space to use the front.

3. Lastly, mail in your documents to the Multichoice Apostille office for apostille processing.

Please note, we apostille documents originating from or notarized within the United States and intended for use by another country. If you received your diploma outside of the United States, please contact the appropriate competent authority to assist you in that country.
